Our menu is designed to be healthy, diversified and colourful. We offer a variety of organic and non organic* nutritious foods at each meal, trying different food combinations, tastes and textures.
*When non-organic is not available
We love vegetables and fruits. Offering a variety of vegetables to older infants has been shown to contribute to an increased acceptance and intake of these foods later on in life.
We avoid fried food, charcuteries, any kind of fast food and concentrated juices or any type or soda.
We prefer to use:
Organic flour to make our homemade breads, cookies or desserts.
Maple syrup to sweeten.
Olive oil, lemon, lime or apple vinegar to flavour our salads.
Low fat meat
We love healthy vegetables and fruit smoothies.
We strive to make children enjoy important foods like fish, beans, grains, broccoli and other vegetables by making these foods “kids friendly”.
We base our menu on the Canadian Food Guide and consider our children's preferences when designing our menu.
