The best snacks are those that contain complex carbohydrates along with proteins.
We have different options for morning snack, such as: organic milk, organic whole grain cereal, muesli, bagels, organic yogurt and home made muffins and granola bars.
We always include a mix of seasonal fresh fruits in our snacks.
In the summer, we love to go to the park to have a picnic!
